Students fees:
Regular fee includes participation in all sessions, certificate of participation, book of abstracts and other conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner. VAT tax is included. Fee does not cover accommodation and breakfasts.

Please note:
- For PhD students reduced fee, only registered PhD students are eligible, upon presentation of certificate from university or research unit.
- For student fee, registered bachelor, engineer or master students of age up to 25 (at the moment of registration) are eligible, upon presentation of valid student card.
- Regular fees must be paid before September 30th.
Refund policy
As general conference fees are non refundable. In particular and justifiable cases fee can be refunded on request made before September 15th, with 20% retention for processing costs.
For fee paid on side the value of 250 EUR or 1100 PLN applies, cash only, in euros or polish zlotys only.
