About the Conference
BACIF 2015

First BACIF conference took place in October 2015. with more than 80 participants from Poland, Cyprus, Greece, Finland, France, Algeria, Turkey, Iran and Brazil. Topics of four plenary lectures, twelve short oral presentations and 68 posters covered various aspects of biological activity if food: from allergenicity, through antioxidant properties to safety issues. It was opportunity to exchange knowledge and to see the complicity of aspects linked to biological compounds present in food products.
